Born in Singapore, married to a New Zealander, Doris migrated to this land of plenty some 27 years ago.
Doris has been involved in selling real estate since 1989 (lived locally in Bucklands Beach, Howick area for 25 years) and has recently returned to real estate after having two years of running the family business etc.
Her experience covers a wide range of real estate, from houses of all types, including design and build, (some of which achieved Master Builders "House of the Year" awards), commercial buildings, motels, lifestyle blocks, development blocks and small farms, businesses etc. So you can see her real estate talents are quite comprehensive.
Prior to being involved in real estate, Doris was involved in import and export, project development and marketing she is also experienced in retail and customer services. She is multi-lingual (Cantonese, Mandarin, Teochew and of course English) and is experienced in business negotiations to the highest level.
Overseas travel is Doris' main interest and a "get away" from the 24 hour days of real estate.
Doris brings a wealth of experience to meet both vendors and purchasers' requirements in a very professional manner.
